Non Existent customer service from MWEB - Unreachable

Their customer service is shocking, as its impossible to get hold of them or speak to a person due to their phones never being answered or calling back. Speaking to a machine which does not capture the whole number and wasting airtime. I have been trying to contact mweb for 5 days and cant reset my one time pin due to my phone number changing - which i have updated on the site. Without the pin, i cant access my account, change my pin or even log a query nor call. Pathetic!!!
