NON-Existent Customer call lines - DONT USE THEM!!!

Probably THE worst ISP I have ever dealt with. You can NEVER get through to the call center. Their online chat NEVER has an agent available. They charge you for things that were supposed to be apart of the package you ordered. Then put the price up when they said it was on special for five months. DO NOT CHOOSE MWEB AS YOUR PROVIDER.
