Non-Delivery if service from Mweb and Open Serve

Good day. I have a problem with Mweb. As an old customer since 1995, I am very disappointed in the service they provide. I moved house and app**** for fibre on the 6/7/2020. I am aware that they do all negotiations with OPEN SERVE TO GET THE FIBRE TO THE HOUSE. However there is fibre, but no box or cable. I eventually got the router delivered in the week, but no one can tell me when openserve will do installation. I spent hours trying to get info, but I get cut off or no one comes back to me with an answer. I am losing income and am out if solutions now. Is this what I am having to be satisfied with into the future? Is no one interested in any excellence?
