NON DELIVERY AND ABYSMAL AFTERSALES SERVICE RE: VOIP EQUIPMENT. NUMEROUS PROMISED CALLS NEVER MATERIALISED

In spite of NUMEROUS calls to their call centre, the hardware /handsets required to activate my VOIP connection have NOT been delivered. They have cancelled my ADSL line as they seem to be under the (flse) idea that I am connected so I have NO telephony options at all. Sales refer me to Technical Support...Technical support refer me to Sales and NOTHING gets done. Only ONE box was delivered - that was for the actual phone unit. The internet connecting devise was never delivered and in spite of promises of call backs NOBODY has bothered to call me or resolve the issue.
