Nobody works at MWEB

There had been a sudden network break on my router, I am still not sure what happened to the fibre, so I decided to call Mweb being my ISP, boy was that a mistake, I called from two different devices at the same time to see which went faster, I managed to reach next call after 3 hours on my one device and when it was finally my turn I was cut off. Then I reached caller number 5 on my other device and stayed there from 3 pm until, it's now 5.33 pm and I still haven't managed to speak to anyone. So you tell me is anyone working at Mweb?

Hi Anderea,
We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a prolonged wait and still struggle to reach support, especially when you need assistance with your connection. When something as essential as your internet is affected and you’re unable to get through, it can feel extremely discouraging.
We can see that you were assisted not too long ago, which is good to note. However, the effort it took to get to that point clearly did not meet the level of accessibility and responsiveness you expected, and it’s understandable why this has left a negative impression.
Your feedback will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as ensuring customers can access timely support remains a key priority.
If there’s anything further you’d still like us to review or assist with, you’re welcome to send us a direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll make sure the matter is looked into properly.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team

Hi, thank you for responding at least I know you took the time. It may seem unnecessary that I am complaining but I work from home and I cannot afford my internet being down. Is there no way that Mweb could have got a better service provider than Vuma, I honestly think it's a. Vuma issue, my neighbor has been down now for over a week and Vuma has still not been there to sort it out. Please note that I cannot have that happen to me. My job will not allow it.

Hello Anderea,
We completely understand how important a stable connection is, especially when you are working from home and rely on it daily. While fibre infrastructure is managed by the Fibre Network Operator, we work closely with partners like Vuma to ensure faults are prioritised and resolved as quickly as possible.

Please let us know if you require any further support or discuss via private message. We are here for you.

Kind regards,
The Mweb Team

Hi Anderea,
We understand how frustrating it must be to see the LOS light come back on, especially after already dealing with ongoing connectivity issues and expecting stability. When your connection drops unexpectedly, it can be very disruptive. We can confirm that your fault is logged under reference MWB***2, and our Faults Follow‑up Team remains actively engaged with Vumatel. The focus is on driving a permanent resolution to the recurring connectivity issue so it no longer affects your service.
They will continue to monitor the fault closely and provide you with direct updates as soon as there is further feedback or progress from the network provider.
If you require any further assistance or want to follow up, feel free to reach out via direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll continue assisting.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
