No way to get in contact with Mweb

I am trying to phone Mweb regarding a query, no success. One must enter ones ID, then it says, no number entered. no option to speak with an agent. Then tried online query, with this respond: Try support desk Can mweb please respond to my query!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
