No to Mweb and Openserve

Hello If you are thinking of fiber and Mweb at the same time, forget about it. I was happy with the Mweb service for 5 years. NOT NOW 05/12/2019 6 days without internet or the landline that Mweb disconnected. They are not even willing to come and reconnect the ADSL line they disconnected. Excuses, excuses, and passing the buck on to Openserve. Mweb sold the product to me KNOWING FULL WELL THE CAPEBILLITIES Of OPENSERVE TECHNICIANS. This is all on Mweb. If you can get fiber service differently than going the Openserve Mweb way, do it, even if it is slightly more expensive. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL HELP YOU ONCE THERE IS A PROBLEM. They are willing to let you waste your money phoning them, holding on for 20 plus min. and then sound quite concerned, and all that jazz. BLAH<BLAH, with NO fix to the problem. They might as well said to me f***** you, you dumb, insignificant person.
