No The matter is not resolved
I wrote a report on HelloPeter on the 9th of Feb because of the bad service i recieved.<br> <br> http://hellopeter.com/mweb/complaints/still-waiting-***<br> <br> Today i resieved a response that \we trust this matter is now resolved\".<br> No it is not. I still have not been moved to VDSL they just bumped me to 20mbps on adsl and then they just put me back on 10Mbps for some or other reason without any warning. And it seems that my line has some noise on it that was reported but still i have not had any feedback. My SNR is between 6.8 and 9 and have seen some drops below that.<br> <br> Please make sure the matter is resolved before deciding it is closed.<br> <br> <br> "
