NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT POOR SERVICE

I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of the technical department. I held on the first time for 5 hours and still couldn't get through to an actual person. I then tried again in the afternoon only for the call to be cut off after 2.5hours. I called first thing this morning at exactly 7:30 am. Two people in the line to speak to an agent but i have been holding on now for an hour. The cost for airtime is ridiculous to try and resolve something that is their fault. Very bad service for such a big company. why don't they have a toll-free number seeing that it takes them so long to resolve or answer a query. There is also no call back option. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL
