No Technical support
Hi, I can't get hold of a tech support person. I called the call center and they request a OTP but I don't receive an OTP. I have reset the fibre and modem by switching it off for more then hour but no internet connection. Ontop of that I signed up for a promo deal but was charged full price for the 5 days the line was active.

01 Apr 2024, 09:20I finally got hold on Tech support on my own, received great service from them, but missed out on a day pay. Still need to get hold of billing as I have not received the promo which I signed up for yet, they still advertising the promo and charged me the full price.
