No technical assistance - STAY AWAY!

I have had intermittend internet issues for 2 days now, download at 1.2 mbps but upload is 49 mbps? I am not throttled, and I have a 100 mbps fibre line. When I try to call Technical Assistance I get to the menu options and when I chooses Technical Assistance (option 2) all I get is a "Due to unforseen circumstances, we cannot take you call right now". I then uses the Sales options, immidiately got someone on the line, explained what is happening and then boom, disconnected when they transfer me... 3 times! Thinking about moving, this is unacceptable!
