No support whatsoever

Fibre off for 8 hours have spend hundreds of rands to phone them to only be caller 130 in the line. They have a app that immediately when I type something says chat timed out absolutely no use. Even scan function doesn't do anything just say keep waiting for 30 min. Even there whatsapp boy the same. Seems impossible to get hold of a real person just bots that can't solve problems.
