No Support - No Customer Service!

MWEB recently did an mail migration, since then I am unable to access my email account, I have tried numerous times to phone then and use the chat facility. The waiting times are **********, I have been on hold for hours on end and remain the same number in que for over an hour at a time. The chat facility is just as useless. I even have a reference number which I received via email and no follow up or action. It has been two weeks now.
