No Support from MWeb at all
Again no response from MWeb. This problem has been going on for months now.
My emails either don't arrive at all or else they disappear in front of my eyes. They don't go to junk, they don't appear on the website at all. I have a reference from last week as this appears to be a back office problem. No one has got back to me since ! I have now held on for an hour finally someone answers - The person is helping me - I get cut off again. Is there any chance of someone from MWeb phoning me please!
