No support!

I have a simple request - to reset my modem, but despite being on live chat for more than an hour and on their support phone line for more than 30 minutes, I'm yet to speak to someone - this is so ridiculous! You can't call it a live chat if no one is available to chat and you can't have an unanswered support line!
