No support

Mweb changed their platform last week and my email won't work. Their support doesn't work either. I have probably spent over 2 hours on the phone and can't speak to anyone. I have also spent about 5 hours with their messaging service. It keeps telling me they are very busy, but I never get to deal with an agent. They need more staff
