No support at all from mweb

I have been an MWEB Customer for quite sometime now, but tbh I have got used to their incompetence but am sure they are taking it to the next level, if u buy a product during purchase MWEB has the habit of providing excellent support, they have free call me backs if u wanna buy, live chat support if u wanna buy but none of thes are availble when you need support on Wat u are payin for. I have 5 active domains hosted by MWEB and I jus cancelled 2 coz of this, I purchased a domain which I hv never used coz their new control panel does not work, I sent several emails and I have automated responses only to show for it, no help at all, if u try live chat the pple there say, aww sorry we are sales only which leads tobthe conclusion, 'hi we are MWEB, we are much more intrested in your purchases nothing more, thanks' how can I spent weeks and be billed fo a domain I cant use?? MWEB i and others pay for yo existence please remember that.
