45 minutes on the phone with Technical Support (2nd phone call) until air time expired! Came home, Googled and helped myself in 3 min - and I am a 66 yr old challenged by technology! M Web Support - useless! Sorry I wasted all my airtime on that fruitless exercise! One star is too generous, but no option to select no star.
