No such thing as 500/200mbps

Seriously bad service. Mweb installed a 500/200 mbps on the 2nd of December, it was a struggle to actually get them here to install as people sleep on the job but that is a story for another day. Anyway after the installation, I found myself with such a useless line it would be 40mbps and 100mbps if I'm lucky. I logged a complaint 4 days ago and got a reference number MWB***9 and that's it Thank goodness I still have a few days on my LTE line but then what? As they don't do their jobs.
