No staff Mweb. Hurry up and wait .. pathetic

I have being trying to switch my ISP to Mweb when attempting to follow up they make you hold on for more than an hour before you speak to a consultant. During the day I had to make 4 calls due to them dropping the call. Every call lasted over an hour and still no resolution. I loaded R 700 in air time today . How is it possible to run a business like this. And just to be met to *********** and inefficient staff. I have cancelled the request and demand a full refund. This business is clearly on the verge of collapse. Waiting for Starlink, no BEE staff their only the best qualified staff managed by a true visionary. Meanwhile I guess Vodacom LTE will have to do.
