I am coming up to the end of a 2 year contract, I have paid a monthly subscription for a set amount of data which soft locked once that limit had been reached.
At the beginning of November 2016 my debit went off with a larger monthly amount, I queried this as it was out of the norm and eventually a reply was sent to me.

I was told I had a limit of R150.00 over and above my normal monthly subscription, when I asked where I had requested this and signed for it, I was told it was in my contract from the start...again I asked why I had not been able to access the internet in the past when my monthly GIG had been reached and now suddenly I was able to access this R150.00

In January I was debited R410.00, my monthly subscription and this mysterious additional limit do not make R410.00, I have sent countless emails to sales and billing at MWEB, including my contract where I have yet to find any mention of this additional limit.

My emails are now not even rep**** to with an automatically generated reference number, I have been charged over my monthly and so called R150.00 additional data every month since November, I have records of all emails and the few replies I have actually been graced with.

I have not agreed to the additionally charged data and I have no resolution for a bill of R410.00 after emails from MWEB saying my monthly account is R100.00 and the additional limit is R150.00
