No services from MWEB

I have been calling MWEB for 5 days in a row but have yet to speak to a consultant. I have tried multiple times each day and have also left my number daily for a sales rep to call me back.

The only response I have received is an SMS saying their phones are ringing off the hook and that I should please call again.

Are you proud of the fact your phones are ringing off the hook? Surely by now you should have put some measures in place to ensure there is someone to answer your phones???
