No Service whatsoever for over 5 days

On thursday our domain was unable to send out any mail through the [URL Removed] I sat on the phone for over two hours on hold waiting to speak to someone however i eventually gave up. between Thursday and Monday i have sent 5 emails to which one lady responded 2 days later saying she couldn't see the attachments i had sent her using gmail because i couldn't use my normal mail as its not working. i resent the mails including very readable text files however nobody has gotten back to me and again I have been sitting on the phone with no response. Work starts tomorrow and the entire company cannot send mail out. Here are the 2 reference numbers i got from Mweb not one follow up and it's not like I could get through over the phone to query any of them. ***, ***. I have always had bad experiences with Mweb over the years and this is by far the worst. Cancellation of all the services from Mweb will be following very soon.
