No service! Wasting time!

53minutes with the most annoying waiting song playing...sent from accounts to support to sales ...to whatever division...no help...no solution! Beyond useless! Maybe they get kickback from vodacom for wasting my airtime, because they can't have more than 9 clients with this level of no-service they offer! The app does not work either as you cant type in the OTP! Terrible! So tomorrow I have to do this time wasting all over again!
