No service, promises not met!

I actually want to give it zero (0) stars! There is NO SERVICE from MWeb. Money gets deducted for fibre installation, yet NO INSTALLATION took place. I have informed MWeb many times already and they don't do anything about it. I want my money back and cancel the service, but they refuse to close my account! This is the worst service/experience ever. My trust in MWeb is shattered!
