NO SERVICE!!! PATHETIC!!!

To rate a business's service, there should be some sort of service good or bad, we have been sitting without internet for 2 days now, they dont answer the phone, dont reply to tickets really pathetic, stay far away from this company they dont care about customer service or customers.
