No service or help

Not even worth a star. I signed up earlier this month. I had to phone them and speak to 6 different people who keep "verifying " my details but dont resolve my update query. Then i tell them i have been on the phone from one to the other for over an hour who dont even say i cannot assist but just transfer you to the next operator....but at my cost i have to hold on and hold on for assistance! Still not closer to solving my query. Pathetic!
