No service or customer excellence

Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from Mweb since 3 weeks ago and each time I am unsuccessful or I get someone then they cut the call while I am holding. Really terrible service- thought they could be better than Telkom but really they have disappointed me .
