No service no ****s given as long as they take your money

Been without Internet since Friday morning forced to instead use mobile data to work from home which is going to cost me... why am I paying you guys if I do not have Internet? Are you going to reimburse me for the time YOUR service has been unavailable? 3-6 days is unacceptable!
