No service - NO ADSL for a month!

Very disappointed with service! Logged several calls and a month later, still don't have any adsl. Went through the process of checking the line and was told to take my router ans get it tested on another land line first before they can assist. After all of that, a month later, the technical team will call me..to go through some options. Paying for a service and not getting any assistance!
