No service Mweb support team

Absolutely ridiculous as it is impossible to speak to anybody when calling. All numbers brings you to a robot requesting ID; then for verification they send pin to phone. Unfortunately my phone number has changed. I can find nooooo way to change it on website and calling brings me nowhere. My mweb e-mail address is not working the past 3 weeks and this is when I started calling their technical support number. It seams there will be no way to sort it out because I cannot speak to a real person when calling!!!!!!
