No service M Web,

I am so frustrated. As soon as M web secures an aplication they do not care, i app**** for fiber on 15 January, received username and password, will take 14 days, whenever I phone and ask it will take 14 days, it still sits on 14 days, can someone at m web give me a valid date, i complained at hellopeter before and a justin phoned me to say he will sort out and come back to me, nothing changed, the sales calls to sell me fibre from m web stopped at least
