No service from mweb !!!

Worst service ever . ordered fiber on the 9th of November 2022. On the 6th of December still no installation or Modem received . Phoned Mweb used up R150 airtime to eventually get through to someone . On the 6th of December 2022 i cancelled the order got a reference number : mweb227260 . I was told some one will phone me in 48 hours to confirm cancelation today is the 19th of December and still no one has contacted me back .

Every time I dealt with the call center I get useless unwilling people to assist me.
