No service from MWEB

I bought a ZTE MF286C with a 60+ 60 GB contract and sim card on 26 Feb 2021 on line.The router and sim was delivered on 3 March and all rika documents supp****. The sim was suposed to be activated on the 4th. Today after two weeks many calls and e-mail and visit to MTN I still don't have internet. On each call I wait 40 to 50 minutes to be transfered to different people and promised that activation takes 48 hours. Now it is more than 240 hours and still no activation.
