No service from MWEB.

Mweb is worse than Eskom! I have been on calls for more than 2 hours trying to sort out my internet connection without any satisfaction. More than 20 emails was sent and still no internet. But I am paying for the service. Well the debit order will be returned for Jan 2023 as there is no service!
