No Service from MWEB

I have tried all channels to get hold of their call centre. Chat channels NEVER get answered, email channel NEVER gets answered and I have now be on hold for 30 minutes and moved from position 16 to position 10.

What disgusting service - well I am not getting service, so just disgusting..............
