No Service for 11 Days

I have been without internet thanks to MWEB - for 11 days. I have a move request for end June. They decided to instruct Metrofibre to cut my line on the 9th day this month already. I have been on the phone with the useless staff members of MWEB daily since 10/06 for an hour per day at least. Still no resolution. Apart from the government you are the most useless service providers in SA.
