No service, failure to deliver on SLA!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I came to MWeb because they had the better offer on Fiber,</p> <p>I was sold the contract with promise of delivery within 45 working days,</p> <p>As it stands we are at 60+ days and still waiting on Telkom</p> <p>I tried engaging with your call centre, got some initial replies but it went quiet,</p> <p>This is my last attempt to get some help from you guys,</p> <p>If we can't get anywhere I'll be forced to go with someone else. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>William</p>
