NO SERVICE

I have three complaints about Mweb. The first is for myself; I have been trying to call Mweb for days to speak to someone about an upgrade and either no reply or I had to repeat my story 3 times and then still I was not put through to the correct person. I have now signed up with another service provider and would like to give notice to Mweb, and after hanging on 6 times and listening to the same messages, I hung up. I have sent a message online to Mweb for someone to call me and still nothing. What does one have to do in order to give notice to Mweb!!!
