No Service

I have been battling from 6 Aug installation was done and have modem delivered already which i cant even use, fibre line not active i gave them all my fibre details object numbers etc still no answer i used the sms where you send your number to follow up still no reply from anyone pathetic. i phoned been online for more than hour at a time getting send all over no help
