No service delivery, no resolution.

Reference MWB***9 refers to constant outages on my fibre connection. No answer no resolution. Phoning the contact center leaves you hanging on for 45 - 60 minutes before a human answers, no matter what time. I will not recommend using mweb as a service provider. No care for clients!
