No service delivery

Star Review My experience with MWEB has been extremely disappointing. I already have an account with them, and after facing service issues, I downloaded their app, as was suggested for customer support. Unfortunately, the app is completely unhelpful, with no meaningful communication or assistance offered through it.

I then called their call centre and was left on hold for over 40 minutes without speaking to anyone. The repeated message about “high call volumes” is frustrating when no one actually responds.

What makes matters worse is how quickly they debit your monthly payment, yet when you need help, you’re left stranded. There’s no proper customer care, no follow up, and no accountability.
