No Service - communication channels blocked and not working

It's imposible to get hold of anyone from mweb - via phone, facebook or email !!

I'm being charged for 50 mbps and only receive download data between 1 and 7 mbps.

Their query and cancel facility online also doesn't work

I have spent some time reading reviews and it seems like there are many many unhappy customers.

It's time mweb does something about this and gets up to date with whatsapp, email and even just answering their phone.

When you phone, they force you to enter a pin, but they never send the pin. The other day I received the pin about 6 hours later!
