No service, **** call center.

Trying to either connect or cancel a service with Mweb is like pulling teeth! I have sent them a cancellation request which I got no response to 3 days ago. Before that I sent an urgent request that they look into my new connection and ask that they expedite this. That never materialized. They don't communicate with customers, their call center is a joke and just keeps hanging up on you. If this is how they treat new customers, good luck with making any money at all. Please cancel my order with Mweb immediately!
