No service

I've just signed up for Fibre with mweb, after installing by a subcontractor i am supposed to call mweb for router delivery, just spent a complete MTN anytime 200 on hold waiting for mweb to answer, still nothing, they were extremely willing to sell me a Fibre contract but it would seem i have just wasted my money, no service
