No service but I have been billed for 2 months

I ordered an mweb Internet line in June, they promised,it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Since then they kept calling saying they are not finding my address.I then received a statement being charged from the 20th of July saying that their Internet router was delivered. I tryed to communicate with them,but they said they are checking with their sale fulfillment. To my surprise today on the 17th of August I have received another statement owing for 2 months, but I have never got any service from them. Now I'm regretting why I chose Mweb in the first place, had I had chosen another supplier, I could have been enjoying their service already<br>
