No service at all

After making 100 choices to get to technical support, and the holding for more than an hour (still number 2 in line), for more than an HOUR, and wasting R270 airtime, still no answer. I am stuck. There's no other way to connect. The "Chat" service is also just automated responses, no person on the other side of the line. Problem not resolved. Pathetic.
