No Service at all!

15 calls no one answers even if you caller one waiting 26min, in over one months trying to get someone to talk to is impossible, I get lots of sms's line is active and emails but my router from Mweb does not work, don't think I ever had bad or no service from any other company like this, after my last write up I at least got a call back but that did not solve my problem, would not recommend Mweb to anyone and have great regrets!
