No service at all
I have talked to mweb this morning, for new installation, since this morning there app is mot working, can not connect or do amy payment, tried many time toyalk to them , all you het is a whatsapp that said.. jow can i help you.. then they all died!

We get why this could be frustrating, especially when you’ve already explained that the app is getting stuck before the OTP arrives. We’ve found a Help Centre article specifically for not receiving your One-Time PIN (OTP), which includes checks for mobile network connectivity and SMS/spam blocking that may prevent the PIN from coming through. You can view the guide here: What to check if you’re not receiving your One-Time PINIf the OTP still doesn’t arrive after these checks, our team will need to investigate the OTP registration on the account.
