No Service at all

I though Mweb as part of Naspers was a very reliable company, I just learned the hard way that they are very useless.<br> <br> All I did was to register as a new client online to have them host my company's website: [URL Removed] , I filled in all the necessary info including my business account details, what they are doing in return is to bill me every month, for nothing at all, because when I login to their site nothing at all is accessible, simply I cant do anything, it must be a technical error.<br> <br> I've approached another company, I asked Mweb to cancel my account and transfer the domain to the new supplier, they tell me I must do that myself on their website which I cant access anyway, it means I will have no wesite and they will continue to bill me, even though my business needs are not meet.
